These terms describe the use of our website and customer text messaging program. Specific landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, and snow and ice management services are governed by the estimate, proposal, or service agreement accepted for that work.

Website and service requests

Please provide accurate contact and property information when requesting an estimate or service. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or authorize work. Scope, pricing, payment terms, scheduling, and cancellation conditions are established in the applicable accepted estimate or service agreement.

Green Legend, LLC text messaging program

When you opt in to receive text messages from Green Legend, LLC, we may send messages about estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival times, weather-related schedule changes, service updates, invoices, payment reminders, and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional messaging. Any promotional messages require separate applicable consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests, scheduled services, and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not cancel services or outstanding obligations. Delivery and number changes

Updates and contact
